The stay was great, nice house and being on the beach and the pi was awesome.

Patrick was the best host to date. Property was ready early and check in was seamless. Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had available. Walk to beach was convenient and the Alibi always has great food and drinks. We will rent again and appreciated them letting us bring our 4-legged family members! Can’t recommend this place/people enuff.

Family Retreat-plenty of room to spread out with 2 living areas & main kitchen along with pool kitchen just made everything flow smoothly. Very close & easy access to beach with plenty of beach supplies to take with you. We enjoyed the pool area, with grill & picnic tables

This was a third time staying in this home and will not be our last! It’s a great location, steps from the beach, great pool, very clean and fully stocked with everything you need! We loved having the games and puzzles during the rain!

Our multi-family group thought this property was wonderful. We had a group of 12 with 4 adults and 8 children. The home is truly on the beach, making trips to/from very easy, even for the toddlers in our crew. The home is well appointed with great kitchen equipment, games, places for everyone to sit, a variety of beach equipment (even a wagon and life jackets), great set ups for outdoor dining, and most amenities we needed except beach towels and toiletries which was clearly shared on the listing so we knew to bring those items! As with any beachside property, there were a few things in the house that could use attention, but we felt strongly that these hosts were welcoming and considerate. They asked us to please let them know if anything was lacking during our stay, so it was very clear that they care about their guests’ experience. We did not feel the need to reach out about anything while we were there, but I feel confident they would have quickly responded had we needed anything. They made our stay easy in lots of big and small ways. Thank you for letting our crew use your home and enjoy the beautiful beach.

Well appointed right on the beach and super clean! Fit our friend group of 10 perfectly and comfortably. Right on the beach, which has recently been re-nourished so it's nice and large. Would definitely stay here again!
