Patrick was an incredible host. We were able to have our entire family together for our first big trip in years & it was truly the best time. We are already looking at dates for when we can come back to make this an annual family vacation.
Patrick was very responsive throughout our stay. We unfortunately experienced a hurricane in the area during our stay and Patrick was extremely kind to help walk us through our flexible options. We loved this place and hope to come back again soon.
House & pool was great. The pool area could use some TLC, a lot of palm tree pcs laying around.

Great place
Patrick was a fantastic host and very responsive. The home was as he described and you do get a peek at the water from the upper deck. It was a very short walk to the beach and it's at the end where it wasn't too crowded. The pool was nice to have for the ones who didn't want to go to the beach everyday. There are several local hangouts, within walking distance, with one having live music nightly that you can hear if you sit outside on the deck but not loud enough to disturb you or be able to hear inside. My family found it very enjoyable.
We had a great time! We took our daughters and their families. There were 11 of us 5 Adults, 5 older teens that think they are adults and 1 young teen. We had lots of space everyone could have some quiet time if wanted. Plenty of places to sleep. The walk to the beach was very convenient and we could walk back and forth without worrying about the kids. Also close to attractions. Plenty to do. We will be back.
