Within the open concept keeping room at the front of the home is a comfortable and well appointed living area. Roku TV is equipped with YouTube TV for live channels
Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom located on the main floor with king bed and en suite bathroom. WiFi is located throughout the home and fast enough for all your streaming needs!

Welcome to Silver Sands, where you may enjoy your own private pool in the backyard. The pool may be heated approximately 10 degrees higher than the outside ambient air temperature.
The primary bedroom is located towards the rear of the home with views of the pool and backyard.

With parking for up to 4 vehicles, unloading your beach gear will be a breeze.

Your Hosts

We are your hosts, Patrick and Michelle. We have two young kids and love traveling with them.

After traveling and staying at other vacation rentals for many years, we made the decision to purchase our first vacation home in Panama City Beach, Florida. We made many changes to the home that we look for in a vacation rental and opened our doors so that other families could enjoy the sugar sand of the Emerald Coast.

We now have a few beach properties, each with it’s own unique draws. Each one has been carefully crafted to make you feel right at home. We are humble to have hosted hundreds of guests through the years and looking forward to sharing our homes with many more.

I am so happy that I chose this home for our family vacation. The house has been updated and is very, very nice. It is right on the beach, and away from the condo crowds. It had everything we needed, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms so it accommodated our party of 12 very nicely. Plenty of space to sit around and watch TV and visit. Kitchen was well equipped, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, so we were able to cook and eat together at the table for 17. Definitely a keeper on my list to visit again.

What a great home that is so close to the beach, our family loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and pool was great for us and the kids. Very convenient to the beach access.
