Our group had an amazing stay! This house was absolutely perfect for multiple families with both adults and kids. It's incredibly spacious, with a layout that gives everyone their own space while still offering plenty of room to gather together. Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was such a huge plus.The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. Another feature we really appreciated was having laundry rooms on both floors—it made keeping up with swimsuits, beach towels, and kids' clothes so convenient.Patrick was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and incredibly quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we've seen in a vacation rental. We had a multigenerational family staying here, and this place was perfect. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was massive for cooking or making tropical drinks, the views to the beach were spectacular, and the walk to the beach was so easy. This beach is relatively empty (compared to more western pandhandle beaches) which meant we had so much space to ourselves.

We loved our stay at Surfside Retreat! It was more than enough room for 10 of us. The views are amazing and being able to walk out to the beach anytime was the icing on the cake. It was easy enough for our elderly mother to make it to and from the beach. We booked chair service through Chairs2U and they were great! It was nice having our chairs set out and ready for us when we woke up. I highly recommend if you are looking for chair service. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys at the house. There is even a wagon to carry it down to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything needed for our cooking needs. The communication with the host was great! Very quick replies to a few questions we had. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay this past week! This home is so roomy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The extra kitchen in the back was a huge bonus having an extra refrigerator was amazing we used it as a drink fridge so we had more room in the main kitchen fridge. The pots were awesome and nonstick (we have had problems in the past with awful pots lol) outside there was extra beach toys, wagons and beach chairs that definitely came in handy. We had 8 kids with us and they all had a blast in the pool. They said the house was like a maze and they loved that. It is a super short walk to the beach which was a huge plus. It was so nice to not have to wait on an elevator or be in the pool with a ton of other people. If you’re looking for a super roomy home to stay in this is definitely the one!

Very reasonable house for a family of 6. Your feet are touching sand in a minute walk. The ability to find a good spot through the public access walk was easy and not overrun by the condos nearby. The pool was quite warm at peak of day but was refreshing in the evenings. We did wish there was a hose near the entrance door to house rather than having to go back in the pool area to get sand off yourself. Kitchen had everything you needed to make simple meals. The bunk room was fantastic for kids and they loved all being in there. The other bedrooms seemed spacious to us. Beds were comfortable and everyone felt they got great rest. So glad they had the black-out curtains to help with managing afternoon heat wave and not overworking the AC units. Grocery stores were not a far drive nor was the adult beverage stores. Shopping was convenient to PCB proper with about a 20min drive due to speed limit districts. Family adventure centers and water parks are about the same drive distance. Recommend bringing your own beach items or use the vendors the house recommends as there is limited items at the home. Parking at the house was decent for midsize SUV or minivan however a large SUV or truck would take up 2 of the 4 spaces.

Our multi-family group thought this property was wonderful. We had a group of 12 with 4 adults and 8 children. The home is truly on the beach, making trips to/from very easy, even for the toddlers in our crew. The home is well appointed with great kitchen equipment, games, places for everyone to sit, a variety of beach equipment (even a wagon and life jackets), great set ups for outdoor dining, and most amenities we needed except beach towels and toiletries which was clearly shared on the listing so we knew to bring those items! As with any beachside property, there were a few things in the house that could use attention, but we felt strongly that these hosts were welcoming and considerate. They asked us to please let them know if anything was lacking during our stay, so it was very clear that they care about their guests’ experience. We did not feel the need to reach out about anything while we were there, but I feel confident they would have quickly responded had we needed anything. They made our stay easy in lots of big and small ways. Thank you for letting our crew use your home and enjoy the beautiful beach.

I am so happy that I chose this home for our family vacation. The house has been updated and is very, very nice. It is right on the beach, and away from the condo crowds. It had everything we needed, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms so it accommodated our party of 12 very nicely. Plenty of space to sit around and watch TV and visit. Kitchen was well equipped, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, so we were able to cook and eat together at the table for 17. Definitely a keeper on my list to visit again.

It was walking distance to everything you need: multiple restaurants, gas stations, activities, etc. The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures, there is lots of space. We had a wonderful time at this house. It was so close to the beach you could walk there in the morning and back for lunch time. The beach was amazing and not overly crowded! We loved the pool too. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was warm even when it was slightly chilly outside. Our kids spent countless hours in the pool even after several hours at the beach. There were plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, beach wagons, beach toys and more for us to use. There were more than enough beds. After counting the beds, I’m pretty sure the house could sleep 20 people. The house was well stocked with everything we could need. Only downside was the sandy floor, but I’m not sure how you could avoid that with all the sand coming in from the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had a couple things needing fixed. They responded right away and had a handy man onsite within a couple hours. We had a great trip and we would rent again if we travel to Panama City in the future!

This is a great house with the perfect location for us. It’s right on the beach facing west so you get fantastic sunsets every night. We really like the fact that it’s located on a fairly private part of the beach. We were able to purchase fresh fish from the St. Joe Shrimp Company located about three minutes north of the house. We grilled it on the gas grill provided with the house. Also, it’s about a 13 minute drive into the town of St Joe Beach if you’re interested in shopping, restaurants, or a larger grocery store. Patrick was a fantastic host. We contacted him several times with some questions we had and he was quick to respond within about 15 minutes. We definitely liked the house and the host!

Private beach with amazing views from inside and on decks. It is the perfect retreat to “unplug” and we had a wonderful Florida Thanksgiving with our family. Just a couple notes to future renters, to no fault of host, Apple Maps will end directions short of reaching the house, but the house number is relatively easy to find on the mailbox, just a few feet after directions end. The Internet code printed on the signage by the TV has a typo - however, host immediately responded when inquired and we had no issue connecting/no issue with internet. The beach/shoreline has also significantly eroded; there is no longer a dune / walkway. They redid the deck/stairs so you still have direct access to the beach but it is stumpy and while this did not impact my family’s trip and we hung out on the beach quite a lot, I could potentially see it being a thing if you are expecting a certain type of beach.

Our family, ages 8 to 70, spent a wonderful week at A Wave From It All. The location is incredibly convenient. The deck is steps from the beach and the ocean. It’s so easy for someone to run up to the house and grab anything you need. It was easy to run up and check on our dogs. The dog friendly beach in Cape San Blas is a wonderful addition! The number of bedrooms and full/queen/king size beds was perfect for our group. The large kitchen and seating area was great for daily meals.

Our party consisted of two parents and 8 high school/college aged kids. We had a great 5 nights at this place. Lots of room to spread out, especially in the kitchen, living area, and on the deck. All of us in the kitchen at once, and it didn't feel crowded!! Kitchen was well-stocked with all of our cooking needs, and we made meals together every night. The beach and the pool were an absolute hit with our group. At the beach over the start of Independence Day week, it was busy, but every group along this stretch of beach had front row seats to the ocean (not two or three parties deep, like some busy beaches). Perfect location for a multi-family vacation in Panama City Beach. Walk right onto the beach from the deck, and I’m not talking about walk up to a beach access point from the deck but THE beach. It’s yours for the stay. Nestled midway between large developments further up and down the beach on either side, this location is a single-family dwelling surrounded by small duplexes, meaning that your slice of beach is much less busy than the saturated crowds in other parts of PCB. It was big, it was comfortable, and the location can’t be praised enough. Also close to Walmart and Publix to pick up whatever supplies you might need.

This is a beautiful house to stay in! It’s slightly more closer to other houses than we’re used to, but our neighbors were pleasant! The kitchen was spacious and we made so many good meals in it! There is plenty of space in the house to spread out if you start to get annoyed with your family! The shoreline is steps from the house, and there is only about a ten foot difference between high tide and low tide with a huge sandbar right in front of that stretch of the beach. The drive to groceries or restaurants isn’t far, especially compared to St. George Island. Choose this place for your next stay!

Absolutely perfect stay! I can not say enough about this place!! My family had an amazing stay from check in to check out. Plenty of space, pictures don’t even do this house justice! So spacious, so many bathrooms, so much space! The stocked kitchen was nice and super convenient. The views….no words. We have stayed in Rosemary/Seagrove/Miramar/Destin area multiple times but the trade off for being directly on the beach was worth every single penny. The swim spa was so great too-we all enjoyed it! In the listing I must have missed any descriptions of beach chairs/toys/etc…but there were so many chairs and toys and it was yet one more pleasant surprise!! The area right behind the rental was so quiet and private. It was almost like we had a private beach. We watched dolphins and sea turtles, enjoyed local restaurants and thoroughly loved our week!! If you’re on the fence about this place-book it!! Smooth and easy-not one negative thing to say!!

We were looking for the perfect place to take both of our 80-year-old mothers for their 80th birthday along with our 11-year-old twins and a large 45 pound golden doodle. We wanted something with a private pool so that our mothers didn’t have to walk to the beach every day to enjoy the water however, when they wanted to, it was only a few easy steps to get them there, but our entire family really enjoyed the pool all of the bedrooms where we were able to get away and go to our own space the kitchen and all its amenities allowed us to cook breakfast every morning and have lunch at the home so we were able to save money on diving out The parking was great. It allowed for vehicles which we didn’t need all four spaces but it was nice and roomy. The washer and dryer was brand new and allowed us to pack light. Everything we needed was in the home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Wave From It All. My husband and myself, 2 friends, and our toddler had a wonderful time. The home had mostly everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Once we arrived my husband drove to the piggy Wiley just 25 mins away in Port St. Joe (super cute town) for groceries, while I stayed behind to unpack. Other than groceries, the only thing he had to get was extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and some extra kitchen towels. The home had 2, but with all the cooking we did, and clean up, we needed extras. The main floor was very spacious! The sliding glass door to the balcony with the ocean view was amazing. However, a past storm demolished the steps leading from this floor to the beach. The gate is caution taped off and locked so I had no safety concerns with this. It was still very easy to get to the beach via level 1. Just walk out back of the carport and you are there. I could go on and on, but am running out of space! 5 STARS

A beautiful, well-appointed property with all the amenities that you would expect (and more, like a gaming room, ice maker, and two fridges). We only had five adults in total but there was plenty of room for a much larger group. Even with only five of us splitting the cost, we all felt that it was very good value for the money. I would recommend a rental vehicle during your stay though. Good communication (clear, concise and friendly) from our host Patrick. And literally, right on an amazing beach (not across the road, not down the street but right ON the beach). Worth it.

The grill was great for our beach days. The TV in the living room was perfect for our movie nights and football games. We truly felt right at home. Patrick is an incredibly responsive host. The AC on the main floor wasn’t cooling down the first day. I sent Patrick a message to give him a heads up and was going to touch base with him the following morning. He responded right away and instead of waiting to see if the problem resolved overnight, he had someone at the house in under 10 minutes to look into it and fix it. The layout is wonderful - the main living area and kitchen is all together but when you need a little time to yourself, the bedrooms are all separate enough. Having a bathroom inside all bedrooms was perfect for privacy and convenience. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. It was spotless when we arrived also. The location was wonderful - it’s not in the middle of the high rise busy traffic section so it’s quiet and the beach isn’t crowded there. The house is literally a few steps onto the beach - even closer than we thought it would be. We honestly couldn’t think of anything we would change or need. We have been staying at Cape San Blas with extended family since 2015 and this year was another great stay at a very peaceful and beautiful place. The house was exactly as described with mostly new furnishings that were very nice but also very casual so you didn’t feel like you Needed to worry too much about the kids tracking in the sand. It was free of clutter and tastefully decorated. It’s very close to the water so it has beautiful views of the ocean from both decks and an easy walk out to the beach. There was a functional elevator, which was very nice for unloading Luggage and also was an asset for my elderly grandparents who struggle with stairs. The house felt large enough for our group to gather to have meals every night and play games. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a lovely 5 night stay. The house was exactly what we needed for our extended family ( 8 adults and 7 kids). The huge kitchen and extra long table was perfect for our group. The beach couldn’t be closer. 10 steps off the boardwalk and your toes are in the water. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kiddos loved the arcade game upstairs and there was a good supply of beach gear downstairs. A few things to be aware of: -there were a few shallow stumps from trees in the sand permanently outside of the house. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but we had a few kids trying to boogie board and ended up getting scraped on the underwater stumps. -I’m not sure if it is this beach location or the time of year we went but there was almost no breeze on the beach 🤔 The lack of breeze made it feel very hot/humid and we were unable to fly kites. -3 kids got jellyfish stings

Vacations are tough when you plan with a lot of people. We were looking for a place that was spacious, affordable, and a pool to accommodate 12 kids between 0-18, my 5 siblings, my parents, and myself. There were lots of places I saw that could have accommodated us, but I chose to book this house because of the HUGE PARKING SPACE, AND SPACE INSIDE THE HOUSE. From the outside, the house looked rather small, but upon entering the living room/common area was large. Enough seating for all 20 of us. Although we brought our own kitchen supplies, detergent, etc. The house was fully stocked with necessities from pots to ziplock bags. The room that was an extension is actually very comfortable and cozy. There were 2 bunks-downstairs and in the upstairs loft. Both are large. My brothers (adults) each slept on a bed and they said was perfect. My 18 year old nephew snagged the pull out couch in the 2nd living room space. Large sofa sleeper. The loft is huge. Basically fit for a family of 6 plus. There was a second kitchen- great for cooking large meals instead of waiting for one oven. The pool looked a little small in the picture but it actually is quite large (in that space) and fit everyone comfortably. I would recommend booking this house if you have a large family or want to book with other families. The house is made for that!!! I would book again for my future trips! Also, the Host, Patrick was very responsive before and during my trip. He answered all of my questions. Thank you!

I've stayed in 100's of BnBs/Rentals across the globe. I have never stayed somewhere that so exceeded expectations. Location, Location, Location. Is perfect. 50 yards from the beach. the heavy beach crowd falls on either side of a series of houses, with this in the middle. So the beach is less congested. It's easy walking distance to a great seafood place (Surfside seafood) which also has a bar. The Alibi Bar is also nearby with live bands. A longer but doable walk to strip mall with a great Pizza place (Brick and Barley) liquor store (Newbys) and Ice cream shoppe (Mr Puffs). 10 min from the wharf and St Andrews old town and state park. The white sands are just as advertised. House Amenities Completely updated and renovated. 5 bedrooms, each with a very nice walk in shower. The "Master" in the basement has a king and a day bed which would slide four kids or two adults. Basically you can sleep in beds 16 people and have 5 full baths and 2 1/2 baths to work with. The tile is neat and easy to keep clean. The ENORMOUS table can seat 16 with another 8 or so at a large kitchen buffet. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook. Decor is great and modern. Little things like power strips with USB ports in all the room and multiple outlets on the breakfast bar. The two large tables on the upper deck (which is covered) is a great. Negatives? gotta stretch to find any. Beach chairs could use updating. The front door electronic lock is finicky.

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday at Cape San Blas. A Wave From It All was the perfect home to accommodate our large family. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. We enjoyed bringing in fresh shrimp from a local seafood spot and picked up a few items and beverages at the general store. The property was very clean upon our arrival; beds were super comfortable and all furnishings looked brand new! Patrick answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The beachfront home is nicely nestled among low-rise townhomes. Majority of the time, the location is very quiet with low traffic. There is a bar a couple of blocks within walking distance if you're looking for some evening grub and live music; if not, then you're insulated from the sounds once inside. The rental is well depicted in all the online photos - it was spacious for 5 teenagers (shared the downstairs bedrooms), 4 adults (upstair bedrooms), and a sweet Bullmastiff. We had a great view and it was so convenient to walk to and from the beach. Despite it being a holiday weekend, our location was not crowded compared to the high rise condominiums further down on both sides. What a convenience and perk not to struggle for elevators and crowds!

We came on May 5th and left on the 10th, Not busy at all, beach wasn't packed and it was quick to get service everywhere we went. The bed upstairs slept great. It was so nice to go to a place that had extra stuff just incase you forgot something. He had coffee pods, extra toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, detergent, even had shampoo and soap. We did leave what we bought as extra for the next person as well. Everything was SOO clean. The pool was a huge plus. They had beach chairs, and floats, and boards for beach. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and functionality of the house. The multiple bedrooms and the loft provided ample space for our team to relax and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the entire house was clean and well-maintained. Having two separate kitchens was a huge plus for us, as it made meal preparation a breeze. We were able to cook and enjoy our meals together, and the kitchens were fully equipped with everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub and pool. After a long day of games, it was the perfect way to get a cold plunge in and also rejuvenate in the hot tub. Also, being steps away from the beach gave the boys a chance to play football right on the soft sand. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was exceptional. My whole family decided to rent this place because of its location and space. We go there and really easy to get into the house, and everything looked exactly like we thought it would look. Very spacious. Perfect access to the beach and a great spot! The only room we were worried about was the sunroom turned into a regular room, I was worried it would get hot because I didn’t see but one vent in the picture. There’s actually an air conditioner in there so that’s great and stayed comfortable and cold. They have beach toys for the kids and even floats for kids. Plenty of stuff! I think the only thing was there’s a room right in the middle of the house, and that was an adults room for us unfortunately, so at night, so you don’t walk through their room it has to be locked and there’s no access to the back half of the house. Would definitely suggest keep that a kids room on your stay! Overall though it’s a great vacation home for big family, we loved it! Great communication and a great find

My family and I had the most incredible stay at Patricks beachfront property in Panama City. The home was exactly as it was listed and more! Something that is hard to find are large airbnbs for families is that many king size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and we were so thrilled to find that each of our couples could have the privacy of their own bathroom. The view, and ease of being right on the beach made the experience that much more enjoyable. The kitchen was equipped to facilitate all our large family dinners and there were even beach toys for our baby along with other leftover floats and boogie boards. We look forward to making this a once a year memory and to many more stays at this house! What a special place, would highly recommend!

We had 4 generations staying in Patrick's place and it was perfect for all the varying ages! No stairs on the entire first level made it super accessible for my grandparents to enjoy our beach vacation! There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded. Ample amount of space in the living room/kitchen made family time enjoyable because we all were able to sit down and have a meal together! The kids loved the bunk beds and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably! The kids had a blast swimming in the private pool and the beach access alone was worth every penny! It was so nice being able to walk out the front door, cross the street and be able to put our toes right into the white, sandy beach! Patrick was a great host and always had a quick respond time! Oh my goodness, I can't recommend this place enough! It's absolutely amazing - truly spacious and comfortable with so many thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. Although they listed the beach as 60 steps away, it felt like less! I had one small issue with the pool (it was due to weatherand depris, completely not the home owners fault), but they were on top of it in a flash - their response time is just incredible. And even before we arrived, they reached out via email to let us know we could contact them any time we needed. But the cherry on top? They even messaged us a couple of hours before check-in to let us know we could come early. In all my travels, I've never had that kind of offer - it just shows how much they care about making your stay an amazing experience. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Our family really really loved our stay! The house was just as described and being just a few steps to the water's edge was priceless. The bedrooms were set up to give everyone privacy and the kitchen and living area were beautiful and spacious. The extra refrigerator and the ice maker were thoughtful and much used additions to the kitchen. With many beach lovers (and cooks) in our family, most of us barely left the house! There were many beach chairs and wagons full of sand toys. We would set up on the beach just once a day early in the morning and we could see and monitor our things during meals on the balcony. My 6 grand kids, 2 other kids and 7 adults stayed for 4 nights with more than enough room for more. When I say everything was enjoyable, i mean that. The spa was very warm as I love it, the pool was big enough for all, the lighting in the pool at night made it even more relax feeling. Patrick responding quickly when I had a question. This place is exactly steps from the beach, we rented golf cart within walking distance, everything is right in the area. We will definitely be staying again.

This was an awesome house for a large family. We had a dinner catered in for our parents 50th anniversary. This place met all our needs and had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean too. Patrick was very responsive. Thank you for the use of this home to celebrate our parents.

We took our small children and closest friends on vacation for the kids' spring break. It was 12 of us total. There is plenty of room in this home. The kids absolutely loved the pool. We decided to get it heated and it was well worth it. I think it would have been too cold without having it heated this week. Overall, this is a great place for multi-family vacation! Patrick was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the pool, but he took care of it quickly, and we had an amazing time. Finns, Pineapple Willie's, Liza's Kitchen and Dat Cajun place were all good places to eat.

This is our third friend trip (with kids) to Florida over Spring Break, with being our first time to Panama City. The house was remodeled, clean and beautiful. The kitchen was so spacious for 13 of us! The house had everything we needed! The first aid kit came in handy when someone got sand in their eye. The beach was so pretty every morning and we saw a ton of dolphins! Our stay exceeded our expectations!

Great location - Right on the beach! With 8 adults and 2 kids this whole house rental was ideal. It was well equipped with 10 beach chairs, 2 wagons, 2 umbrellas, 5 boogie boards and plenty of sand toys. The kitchen was beautiful - an extra fridge for drinks plus an ice maker was great. We will definitely want to stay here again next year.

Checking in and out was super easy with clear instructions. The house was clean and had convenient amenities like an ice maker and 2 sets of washer/dryer. The furniture and beds were clean and comfy. The decks were perfect for grilling and having morning coffee while watching the ocean. One morning we were able to watch a pod of dolphins for about 20 minutes! We were also able to bring our dogs with us instead of boarding them. The only issues were that there were huge flies that kept making their way into the lower floor somehow and there was a bad smell in the hallway right outside the bathroom in the lower floor.

Where do I start...From the check-in to check-out, everything was so perfect. The host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for the check-in process and check-out process. The house was kept extremely clean and all our family members had great time. They have all the beach toys, beach chairs etc providing a perfect vacation setting on the beach. I would highly recommend this place and would come back and stay here again. The host even went of his way to ship us a forgotten car keys after check-out. We can't Thank him enough and this stay left us with lots and lots of memories.

I booked this place for a reunion weekend with friends from grad school and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 13. We had our annual "Guys Trip" and the new owners are fantastic. Very communicative, the renovations are superb, the place looks prestine. The comfort of having a pool and all the kitchen ware and seating for so many guests, we will continue to use this place for years to come. It is literally steps away from the beach, come back and there are outdoor showers and places to rinse yourself and gear. AC is cold and refreshing from the hot outside. We relaxed at night in the pool. Wifi worked well, plenty of parking for 5 trucks and a car. There really is nothing else you will need when you vacation here!

This home was perfect for our group of 10 and 3 dogs. The teenagers/kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The house was spotless. The beach access was incredibly close and not crowded. The house was just a couple of minutes from Captain Anderson’s, Hammerhead Fred’s, Schooners and more. The pool was also great! Patrick was super easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly! We would recommend this home to anyone!

Great place just steps away from the beach! Being so close to the beach made it easy to go back and forth for a snack or if someone needed a break from the sun. The house was great and accommodated all 18 of us for a week with no issues. The number of beds and pullout couches meant everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and the big kitchen made breakfast and dinner time a breeze. The second fridge in the back kitchen was a huge help in storing all of the groceries for our big crowd. The big driveway was a plus as well! The house is bigger in person compared to the pictures online and is located so close to good restaurants, fun family activities, and Ms. Newby’s 😁. We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the whole experience. Patrick was great to deal with and always responded very quickly to any questions I had before or during our trip. Such a wonderful house and experience. Highly recommend! Can't say enough good things - everything was very clean, the rooms were very spacious (we were a small group, but it could have nicely accomodated a larger group while still giving everyone plenty of room), and it was beautifully decorated. House was right on the beach, so you only had to walk out the door and you were on the sand and headed to the water. Upper and lower decks with great views of the ocean and comfortable furniture. Lots of great accomodations including beach chairs and wagons, tons of dishes, pots and pans, bath towels, etc. Bring your own beach towels and shampoo, but other than that, everything you could want was included at the rental (even a foosball table and a classic Atari game table!!). It made for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

A fantastic place for larger families. The home had all the amenities you will need. Our family was very comfortable at the home, and the walk to the beach was VERY easy (no stairs). The host, Patrick, was very easy to reach, when we had a question and responded within moments. The 2 kitchens came in handy, when we made our meals for the 20 of us. A definite recommended property if you have a large family (or several families), want to stay very close to the beach, and want a private pool to cool down in the afternoon.

The home is gorgeous & just a short walk to the beach (around 2 mins). There were SO many things there for the beach. We were shocked. Anything you could think of wanting or needing for the beach was there. My son's wagon broke but they had one there! The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner is also very prompt when it comes to communication & any issues. We all agreed we will definitely be staying there again next year if we do another family trip.

Gorgeous house with 3 private rooms on ground level and there were NO STEPS to the beach (perfect when your family's ages range from baby to 86 years old!) Appreciated having plenty of bathrooms. Younger family had privacy in upstairs suite with queen beds, full size mattress bunks, & separate AC settings. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking full meals (even had plastic dishes for grandchildren & plastic storage dishes for leftovers).There was plenty of room for several chefs. Enjoyed having central large room where adults could prepare meals with large tables which allowed us to sit together & we could linger over meals (& later play games), while we watched the grandchildren at play in the living area. Our family enjoyed the together time, however there is a back den if one chooses to have another area to lounge. Beach: easy to access, very wide & level. Ocean: a bit cool for us, so the heated pool was the perfect place to spend the afternoon, before returning to the beach to see magnificent sunsets. Nice to have high chair & having a washer & dryer available.

We visited Panama City Beach for spring break, and there were 10 of us aged 17 to 77. We even brought our dog! The home was the perfect size and layout for our large group to have adequate space for sleeping, for restrooms, and for hanging out. The teens occupied the back of the house, and us older people spread out in the front. The teenagers enjoyed the heated pool and spa, and all of us loved having beach access literally across the street. Even though Panama City is busy and bustling, this property is nestled on a quiet street away from all the noise. The driveway was large enough to fit our boat, 3 trucks, snd a small sedan. St. Andrews State Park is only a 10 minute drive away for boating excursions in the bay, especially to Shell Island. Patrick, the property owner, communicated thoroughly with us from the beginning to the end of our trip, and he was only a phone call away when we had questions. The kitchen was more fully stocked than in any other rental I’ve used. From pots, pans, and a griddle, to large containers of dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, and hand soaps and paper products snd plenty of towels in every bathroom, Patrick has thought of everything! We highly recommend this jewel on Ocean Street.

This place was perfect for 12 people total. We had kids and teens and adults! We had a small issue with pool from previous renters and the owner and his team took care of it immediately! The level of communication was amazing! The house had all the little details of lots of hooks, and towels and 4 big spacious bedrooms. We were truly 60 steps from oven front in a little street and felt very safe having our teenage and middle school kids go down ahead of us to ocean. Safe neighborhood and handy to everything you could need! The front room with tables was outstanding and seated up at least 20! Thanks you for a wonderful stay and great amenities! This house was exactly like the pictures if not better. The house may look small from the front but it’s actually much more spacious than it looks. The pool heater is definitely still a work in progress however we stayed during some cold weather that didn’t help the issue. The host is extremely communicable and accommodating. The maintenance crew was on call for us when the power went out at 7 pm. We had one issue with a toilet leaking that was also temporarily fixed for our stay. Overall we had an incredible stay and I recommend it for future trips.
