Your Hosts

We are your hosts, Patrick and Michelle. We have two young kids and love traveling with them.

After traveling and staying at other vacation rentals for many years, we made the decision to purchase our first vacation home in Panama City Beach, Florida. We made many changes to the home that we look for in a vacation rental and opened our doors so that other families could enjoy the sugar sand of the Emerald Coast.

We now have a few beach properties, each with it’s own unique draws. Each one has been carefully crafted to make you feel right at home. We are humble to have hosted hundreds of guests through the years and looking forward to sharing our homes with many more.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Everything was great- the house was spacious, filled with entertainment for the family, a walk away from the beach! It was perfect! My only concern were the floors. We walked inside and immediately noticed the sand. I understand Florida is very sandy and they provided two different types of vacuums to clean up, but it just wasn’t ideal for a crawling toddler!

We had eight adults and a child and it never felt crowded. The kitchen and living space are in one large area which we really liked. The deck is very spacious and you walk right onto the beach from the house. I can't imagine a better place in Panama City beach for a large family to vacation together.

This is a great house with the perfect location for us. It’s right on the beach facing west so you get fantastic sunsets every night. We really like the fact that it’s located on a fairly private part of the beach. We were able to purchase fresh fish from the St. Joe Shrimp Company located about three minutes north of the house. We grilled it on the gas grill provided with the house. Also, it’s about a 13 minute drive into the town of St Joe Beach if you’re interested in shopping, restaurants, or a larger grocery store. Patrick was a fantastic host. We contacted him several times with some questions we had and he was quick to respond within about 15 minutes. We definitely liked the house and the host!
