Welcome to Silver Sands, where you may enjoy your own private pool in the backyard. The pool may be heated approximately 10 degrees higher than the outside ambient air temperature.
The primary bedroom is located towards the rear of the home with views of the pool and backyard.

Your Hosts

We are your hosts, Patrick and Michelle. We have two young kids and love traveling with them.

After traveling and staying at other vacation rentals for many years, we made the decision to purchase our first vacation home in Panama City Beach, Florida. We made many changes to the home that we look for in a vacation rental and opened our doors so that other families could enjoy the sugar sand of the Emerald Coast.

We now have a few beach properties, each with it’s own unique draws. Each one has been carefully crafted to make you feel right at home. We are humble to have hosted hundreds of guests through the years and looking forward to sharing our homes with many more.

We loved the space the house offered for everyone that stayed with us. Our kids loved the pool and the arcade game that was inside. The walk to the beach was so nice and quick. We did have one issue with the floors turning our feet black, we reached out to Patrick and he had the cleaners out again that morning. Communication with Patrick was top notch and overall we all enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for a great vacation.

Our family had an amazing week! The large bedrooms and huge common area were perfect for our family of grandparents, us and many small children! The view and the easy beach access are perfect. We loved hanging out on the huge back porch and staring at the ocean. Was so nice to be able to have the kids walk back and forth to the house by themselves. We didn’t want to leave!

Loved this place…it’s not the newest house in Panama City Beach…but it has all we needed..most well stocked kitchen of any vbro I have stayed…the pool was fabulous only negative I could say was heater went out the day we were arriving but was fixed that same day…the front deck could use a little work but we don’t expect perfect .. it is a great stay for the price.. area was nice and easy to get to beach!,I hope to stay again soon !I talked back and forth several times and he was helpful .

It's so nice to be able to step off the porch onto the beach. The house is great and kept up nicely. It fits our family well having so many bedrooms and everyone having their own bathroom. Truly an enjoyable week.

We had a great stay! Patrick was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our group. It was well stocked with plenty of dishes and had great extras like a beach wagon, chairs, and floats. Traveling with a toddler was much easier with the pack n play, baby gate, and other kid-friendly touches. They also had games and puzzles for the big kids. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the private pool was definitely the kids’ favorite part. Beds were comfy too! Would definitely stay here again 😊
